Harald's Legacy
Harald was clearly and undeniably the most Christian, baptized medieval Viking King in history.
He converted all of Denmark and part of Norway to Christianity, leaving only a handful of pagans in the society of his time.
When the Trelleborg Ring Forts were built Harald extended the Danevirk. He also left a remarkable Jelling Stone in Jutland in memory of his parents.
Harald died around 980 AD, killed by his son Sweyn Forkbeard, during battle.

Harald's Impact on the world today
Harald is one of the many Vikings who remains vividly in our minds because of his achievements, landmarks and unification of a people under Christianity. His impact on the world remains in the company named after him called 'Bluetooth'. Harald's impact of spreading Christianity is a huge achievement, there are still many Christians until this day. Even the project of The Jelling Stone reminds us today of Harald Bluetooth, his respect for his parents, of all his people and Country.
